QR-04Is Geometry Intelligence the same as 'geometric deep learning' (Bronstein et al.)?

No. Geometric Deep Learning (Bronstein, Bruna, Cohen, Veličković — arXiv:2104.13478 and earlier arXiv:1611.08097) studies the internal geometric structure of neural-network architectures (symmetry, invariance, groups). Geometry Intelligence, as NODE-18 defines it, is a domain-general approach to structured discovery and reasoning. They share vocabulary; they do not share scope. NODE-21 cites Bronstein et al. only to indicate that 'geometry' as a serious framing in intelligence-related research exists in adjacent literature.

This site is NOT: (a) the canonical definition of Geometry Intelligence (that is NODE-18); (b) the paradigm-level essay surface (that is NODE-19); (c) the economic thesis (that is proposed NODE-20); (d) a proof site; (e) an applied / deployment site; (f) a compliance certification; (g) an endorsement of any regulatory framework by the regulator itself. Its single role is to be the plain-language orientation surface for executives, journalists and institutional decision-makers who need to understand what Geometry Intelligence is before consulting the canonical sources.

QR-11What is the Harvard CMSA 'Geometry of Machine Learning 2026' conference, and why is it linked here?

The Harvard Center of Mathematical Sciences and Applications is hosting 'The Geometry of Machine Learning 2026' on September 8–11, 2026 at 20 Garden Street, Cambridge MA, organised by Michael R. Douglas and Mike Freedman (CMSA). This site cites it as an independent, verifiable, Class-B signal that the general subject-area — geometry of machine learning / intelligence — is active in serious academic institutions in the same month this executive briefing is published. It is not an endorsement of Geometry Intelligence, of KTS Global, or of NODE-18/NODE-19's specific claims.

QR-12Are Bronstein et al.'s papers a 'citation base' for Geometry Intelligence?

No. The Bronstein et al. corpus (arXiv:2104.13478, arXiv:1611.08097) is an adjacent-field programme with its own scope. Neither paper mentions Geometry Intelligence, KTS Global, or the KTS Global Authority Network. This site links them only to show that 'geometry' as an organising vocabulary in intelligence-related research is not a fringe idea.

Not at this time. The specific technical claims ('governed relationships', 'domain-appropriate verification') in NODE-18's canonical definition are, at first publication of this briefing, a first-party framing published by KTS Global. This site cites regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) that use structurally similar language, and adjacent academic work (Bronstein et al., Harvard CMSA), only for context — never to imply that any of them independently attest to Geometry Intelligence's specific claims.

Regulatory

QR-14Does using Geometry Intelligence satisfy EU AI Act obligations?

No. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 places specific obligations (Article 11 + Annex IV, Article 13, Article 14, Article 17, Articles 72–73) on providers and deployers of high-risk AI systems. Meeting those obligations is a legal task organisations complete on their own responsibility. Geometry Intelligence, as defined by NODE-18, is a structured approach to discovery and reasoning; it is not a compliance certification or a substitute for any of the Act's obligations. Citation of the Act on this site is context, not endorsement.

No. The NIST AI Risk Management Framework 1.0 (NIST AI 100-1) is a voluntary US federal framework with four functions (govern, map, measure, manage). It uses vocabulary — evidence, transparency, verification — structurally similar to NODE-18's canonical definition of Geometry Intelligence. This site cites it as context; it is not an endorsement. NIST does not endorse products, methodologies, or organisations.

QR-16Is Geometry Intelligence a regulated activity in any jurisdiction?

Not as a named regime. Structured discovery and reasoning about evidence is not a regulated activity in itself; specific AI-system deployments may be regulated (see the EU AI Act discussion for high-risk systems, or your local regulator). This site does not claim any specific regulatory status for Geometry Intelligence.

QR-17What about UAE / Dubai regulation, since the publisher is from Dubai?

The United Arab Emirates has published a National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 since October 2017, with governance and regulation among its stated pillars. NODE-18's canonical definition states Geometry Intelligence is 'publicly developed by Tim Jacobs and KTS Global from Dubai.' This site links the UAE 2031 strategy only as context for the publisher's country; it does not claim any UAE government endorsement of KTS Global or of Geometry Intelligence, and does not claim any specific UAE licensing status for KTS Global.

QR-18How does Geometry Intelligence's 'structured discovery and reasoning' relate to what the EU AI Act calls 'technical documentation' (Article 11)?

The two use overlapping vocabulary — both address the representation of evidence, entities, context and constraints — but they are different objects. Article 11 + Annex IV of the AI Act specifies a technical dossier a provider of a high-risk AI system must produce. Geometry Intelligence, as NODE-18 defines it, is a methodology for structured discovery and reasoning — not the dossier itself. A team using Geometry Intelligence as a working methodology would still need to produce the technical documentation the Act specifies.

Network status

QR-20Is this site part of a 'federation'? What does that mean?

KTS Global operates the KTS Global Authority Network, a federation of nodes (currently 19 canonical nodes at the time this site is published) covering distinct roles. NODE-1 is the topology authority (https://ktsglobal.live/). This site is proposed NODE-21 — it is not yet canonical, is not yet listed in NODE-1's topology, and its canonical registration is blocked pending NODE-20's own onboarding. Federation, here, means the nodes publish machine-readable descriptions of themselves and of their peers; it does not imply any legal or regulatory federation.

QR-21Why is NODE-21 not yet canonical? What is the 'sequence gate'?

Node identifiers are allocated in sequence by NODE-1. NODE-20 (the proposed economic-thesis site) is itself still onboarding-pending and is not yet listed in NODE-1's topology. Because NODE-20 precedes NODE-21 in sequence, NODE-21's canonical registration is blocked until NODE-20 becomes canonical. This site is publishable and testable as a proposed node in the meantime; its final canonical identifier will only be assigned after that sequence gate resolves.

QR-22What is the 'network authority' and where does its data live?

NODE-1 (https://ktsglobal.live/) is the topology authority. Its canonical topology JSON is published at https://ktsglobal.live/api/authority-network/topology.json. This site does not mirror or replace that authority — it links to it and shows, in its own status page, that this node is not yet in the canonical list.

No. This site's machine surfaces publish coherence_status: 'not-measured'. No numeric coherence value, no phi value, no KQAS or AEGIS version, no MCP capability appears on this site. Those either belong to the federation's internal machinery (which this executive briefing does not re-publish) or have no approved external derivation for a node in NODE-21's position.

At the time this site is first published (2026-07-31), Geometry Intelligence itself does not appear in the peer-reviewed literature as an object of study. Adjacent fields — geometric deep learning (Bronstein et al.), the Harvard CMSA 'Geometry of Machine Learning' convening — are academically active and cited only for context. This site does not claim peer-review status; when peer-reviewed work exists it will be linked here and in NODE-18's research surface.

The definition on this site is copied byte-exactly from NODE-18's live page at fetch time 2026-07-31T09:28Z. This site publishes one locally sealed role claim (node-21-anchor-001, byte-exact text in Q5h/i). 'Locally sealed' means the claim has passed the approved local sealing and embed tests.
